Shorty Mack, is an American rapper and actor. He has appeared on numerous recordings by Ray J, including the Knockout remix of “Formal Invite” and the Smokin’ Trees version of “What I Need”. He also played the role of “Nyce” on the sitcom Moesha. Shortie Mack is signed to Ray J’s Knockout Entertainment. Suge Knight is the co-founder and former CEO of Death Row Records. The record label rose to dominate the rap charts after Dr. Dre’s breakthrough album The Chronic in 1992. After several years of chart successes for artists including Tupac Shakur, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound, Death Row Records stagnated after Knight’s incarceration on parole violation charges in September 1996.

Last week, when Capitol Records’ Craig Davis said 50 Cent
and G-Unit had found a new home at his label, it came as a surprise to some–apparently including 50 himself.
“He’s a idiot, and there’s no deal done,” 50 said in response to Davis’ statement that he had signed G-Unit to Capitol. “Out of nowhere he comes out, and you can tell he’s drunk or some shit.” In addition to still being signed to Interscope, 50 added he wouldn’t be opposed to resigning with the label, adding, “All the success I’ve had has been with Interscope.”
Meanwhile, 50 fired a few shots at his new labelmate, Diddy. After laughing at his BET Awards performance, 50 addressed the perceived beef between himself and Diddy by saying the following:

Dipset’s Freekey Zekey has laid claim to being responsible for reuniting Dipset.
