Guess who was spotted walking the streets of Philadelphia trying to keep warm.

Hint: This award-winning actor and award-winning musician just released a new album and has a new movie coming out in a couple of months.

It’s Jamie Foxx! He was leaving Parc Restaurant Bistro & Cafe on Rittenhouse Square after having lunch with F. Gary Gray, who are both preparing to shoot Law Abiding Citizen. Jamie is also starring in The Soloist, which is set to hit theaters in April.
